Dr Tom Roach
Osteopath
I graduated from RMIT university with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). I have always had a keen interest in the human body and how best to live a healthy life leading to pursuing a career in Osteopathy. I pride myself on providing patients with a holistic approach to treatment and management and tailoring plans to each individual patient to provide the best care for them.
I have an interest in treating a wide range of patients from athletes to desk workers and everyone in between. I have a keen interest in treating sporting injuries and providing patients with the ability to get back to their favourite activities as fast as possible. This interest has seen me involved with the Essendon football club which has allowed me to gain a further knowledge in this area.
I incorporate a range of osteopathic techniques in my treatments and have further training in dry needling and cupping. I has a strong interest in rehabilitation and will often assess a patients activities and incorporate an at home exercise program to help improve life for my clients outside of the treatment room.
When Iām not in clinic you will find me at the gym, outside in the fresh air or catching up with mates over the weekend.
